Cary had a simple idea.
He wanted to gather some people who had made his life better and tell them something he thought they deserved to hear:
YOU ROCK.
MIC DROP.
So naturally, he painted rocks. 🪨
What if a rock didn't just remind someone that they matter?
What if it could carry the reason someone thought they mattered?
And what if, someday, that person noticed somebody else—and the same rock was passed along to carry a new story?
One rock.
One person noticing another.
One little ripple of appreciation at a time.
U ROCK. is the declaration.
MIC DROP. means nothing else is required to make it true. 🎤⬇️
You don't earn the message by passing the rock along.
You don't have to share your story.
You don't have to join anything.
Someone noticed you.
That's enough.
Some rocks may sit happily on bookshelves forever.
Some may travel across town.
Some may cross states, countries, generations—or simply move from one desk to the desk beside it.
We don't know where they'll go.
That's kind of the fun of it.
What matters is where every ripple starts:
One person paying attention to another.
